Price and payment All prices already include VAT. You can pay cash on delivery (for Italy only) or through bank transfer or credit card. As for other forms of payment, please contact our office. Shipment fee for Italy Shipment fees are fixed upon the following standards: - € 13,00 for a Butsudan - € 25,00 for a Base - € 25,00 for a Butsudan and a Base shipped together - € 50,00 for a Cupboard - € 80,00 for the delivery of a Cupboard upstairs - € 5,00 for all other items. The above-listed fees are valid only for Italiy. The deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 9,00 to 18,00. We ask You to be totally available. It’s possible to indicate a substitute consignee-address or to demand the storage of the goods at the courier’s office. If the parcel isn’t delivered, the return delivery fees will be charged to the consignee. Shipment fee for foreign country Please contact us before you order, so as to calculate the shipment fees for your country. Withdrawal rights In observance of the current laws, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days upon the receiving of the goods. He will have to send back the purchased goods and the seller will return the paid sum. By contacting Creacommercio S.r.l., pay attention on having at Your disposal the following documents and data: - the original invoice (listing the order nr., the invoice nr. and the client code) - in case of partial withdrawal, the item/s code - bank coordinates on which receiving the bank transfer (ABI and CAB code, bank account number of the receiver of the invoice); as for foreign purchaser, we need the IBAN and the BIC codes (or SWIFT code), too. Thereafter, You can contact Creacommercio S.r.l. that will inform You about the procedure to follow in order to open the withdrawal practice and will give You the authorization to send back the items. |
